Hi I’m Anne

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and I graduated from Brunel university in 1998 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. I specialise in complex musculoskeletal dysfunctions and the rehabilitation of both sporting/ functional injuries as well as post operative rehab.

Prior to becoming a physio I graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sports Science and have worked previously within sports teams and as a personal trainer.

I was first introduced to Clinical Matwork/small equipment Pilates over 20 years ago and completed my training in 2010. I have more recently completed extensive training in Reformer Pilates.

My post graduate Physiotherapy training has further developed my management of both chronic and acute injuries, using techniques such as kinesiology taping, acupuncture, joint mobilisations and deep tissue massage. It has also lead me to develop specialised interest areas including osteoporosis, the understanding of persistent pain, and the effects of the menopause

My post graduate Pilates training has focused on specific areas including ante and postal natal, bone health/osteoporosis, sports rehab, and the menopause. I have taught group classes and one to one Pilates for many years.

I have always enjoyed keeping fit and active and swim and cycle regularly.

Anne is registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and is a member of the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and has undergone her Matwork and Reformer Pilates training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute)

  • £85 initial physiotherapy assessment
    (including treatment)

  • £65 follow up physiotherapy treatment (40mins)

  • £75 physiotherapy new problem/treatment (45mins)

  • £75 pregnancy/sports/holistic massage (50mins)

  • £75 mat work/ equipment Pilates one-to-one sessions (55 mins)

  • £85 Reformer Pilates one to one session (55 mins)

  • £90 six week block of Pilates classes


  • £40 initial Pilates assessment (required prior to commencing any of the classes)

  • Cancellation fee policy applies for appointments cancelled with less than 24/48 hours notice and for non attendance.
